Is Yoga Considered A Sport?


For an activity to be considered. sport must categorize a competitive focus with oneself or within a group event. Conceptually, yoga is considered a personal practice that is not to be measured or compared to and with others. Although, Yoga encompasses many attributes of physical practice, self-development and helps to develop many skills it is not considered a sport.
